First Course- Onion, Pear, and Gorgonzola Tart with fresh herbs; paired with Prescott Pear wine
Second Course- Butternut Squash Ravioli with a Brown Butter Sauce and fresh parmesean; paired with Greenwich Apple wine
Third Course- Coconut Curry Pumpkin Soup; paired with Pioneer Pumpkin wine
Entree Course- Herb Turkey Breast over Butternut Squash Puree topped with a fresh cranberry remoulade; paired with Massetts Cranberry wine
