Unveiling the Hitchcock Tavern: Where History Meets Hospitality

Join us on June 15 at 5:30 p.m. as we cut the ribbon and welcome the community to West Brookfield's newest gem, the Hitchcock Tavern. Formerly known as Ye Olde Tavern, this historic landmark at 7 East Main Street, West Brookfield has been revitalized to bring you an extraordinary dining and social experience.
 
With the help of local craftsmen, owners Cindy and Roger Larson have meticulously restored this cherished establishment, with a nod to Captain David Hitchcock, the young patriot who built the tavern in 1760.
 
Following the ribbon-cutting ceremony, join us on the patio for light refreshments. Say hello to our new chef, Mike Rinaldo, and our general manager, Dianne Lincoln.
