Kids On Track or Treat (Round Trip Hartford to Spfld)

The wildly popular Track or Treat train ride returns October 25, 2026.

On Sunday, October 25, the train leaves Hartford at 10:56 am and arrives in Springfield at 11:38 am. In Springfield, passengers will leave the train and be greeted by a variety of Halloween treats. The return train leaves Springfield at 12:00 noon and arrives back in Hartford at 12:39 pm, where passengers will have even more Halloween treats to choose from.

** Passengers riding the train on Sunday, October 25, must be in the main concourse of Hartford Union Station no later than 10:30 am for check-in. **

Maggie the Railroad Clown will be in the stations and on the trains both days performing feats of magic, weaving balloon wizardry, and painting some faces, too.

And, the Dancing Witches will be adding a scary musical touch to the event both days.

Parking at Hartford Union Station on Sunday, October 25 is $2 for Track or Treat passengers.
