Rich began his career as a CPA at Deloitte with a focus on small businesses. He has

spent the last 30+ years in senior management roles, primarily as the Chief Financial

Officer for software, manufacturing and financial services companies. Many were early

stage, pre-revenue and were financed by venture capital firms, so he has lived many of

the challenges that you now face. Now retired, he serves as a business mentor for

SCORE (since Jun ‘22) and his own clients, all on a pro-bono basis.
