Valentine's Day Fireside Wine Dinner at Hardwick Winery

You are invited to join us at our Valentine's Day Fireside Feast at Hardwick Winery, a 5 course wine dinner in our 1795 Federal style mansion. Learn the history of the mansion with Hardwick Winery owner John Samek, followed by a candlelit, fireside 5 course wine dinner prepared by Chef Peter Ryzewski, led by Sommelier and Wine Educator Missa Capozzo.

The menu:

- Course 1: Crostini with Strawberry & Balsamic, paired with Strawberry Fields wine

- Course 2: Winter Cherry Salad with a cherry citrus vinegrette, paired with Yankee Boy White

- Course 3: Heart-shaped Ravioli with fresh pomodoro sauce, paired with Hardwick Red

- Course 4: Short Rib served with a Cranberry Demi Galce and roasted garlic mashed potato, paired with Massetts Cranberry wine

- Course 5: Raspberry & White Chocolate Cheesecake Mousse, paired with Chocolate Raspberry wine

This is an intimate event with a maximum of 20 guests. We will be dining in the 1700’s Federal style mansion, which is strictly heated by five fireplaces. Please dress warmly and enjoy this wonderful experience to the fullest. Entry to this event is at the door of the mansion (the white building at the front of the property).

This event starts promptly at 6:00. This is a 21+ event.
