We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized individual to be the first point of contact for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Manage all incoming phone calls through the use of a multi-line telephone system, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

Organize and prioritize incoming work to support operational efficiency and workload balance.

Manage all incoming billing questions and payments across multiple platforms.

Make sure the front area and lobby area are clean, orderly, and inviting to clients.

Perform essential office responsibilities like entering data, organizing paperwork, and distributing incoming mail.

Conduct timely follow-ups with clients to secure outstanding documentation.

Handle queries and resolve grievances, or direct them to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements/Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Must have strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Be able to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.

A high school diploma or GED.

Must be able to pass CORI.

Proficient communication skills for dealing with customers directly.

Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.

Location/Work Type: This is a full time, on-site position. Hours are 9-5 with occasional weekend or evening commitments

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
