Providing compassionate guidance through life changes, loss and death.
Services include Grief coaching; Advance Directive preparation; and end-of-life support, including companioning, providing a connection to your hospice team, helping to facilitate unresolved issues, planning a vigil, writing obituary or eulogy, creating remembrances and supporting family and caregivers. I also provide informational sessions on Advance Directives and Grief.
